Pricing It Right

It all begins with pricing. Homes that are priced right are often picked up by buyers in a short amount of time. To price your home, we’ll review comparable homes in your area that are currently on the market or have sold in the last few months. We’ll also take into account your home’s location, square footage, amenities and condition, as well as local market conditions. Getting Your Home Ready

In order to get top dollar for your home you have to make your home look its best. We will tour  your house to help you identify and prioritize repairs and improvements that will provide the best return on your investment. All this will take place before taking the pictures, virtual tour  and having your on the market. We also offer home staging services to make your home the queen of the neighborhood.


Today, hiring a trusted and talented negotiator could save you thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of dollars. Each step or the way from the buyer submitting an original offer, to the possible renegotiation of that offer after a home inspection, to the potential cancelation of the deal based on a troubled appraisal, rest assure that we have the experience and knowledge to keep the deal together until it closes.

Closing The Deal

While your home is Sold we will provide regular status reports, feedback from showings, our planned marketing activities, and any recommended adjustments on the course depending on market condition. We present you the offers and negotiate on your behalf until you accept the best offer. Once your home goes under contract we will guide you through the process to make sure the buyers, and their agent, follow through with their contractual obligations in a timely manner until you receive the proceedings from the sale of your home.
